We offer our students the opportunity to plan and reflect on their own professional future in the vocational orientation programme. This process is supported in all year groups. It is supported by age-appropriate measures such as analysing strengths and weaknesses in specific programmes (Talent Parcours and Reality Check), getting to know occupational fields in the careers centre BIZ and work experience prepared by special workshops.

The focus of the career guidance in the upper school is on counselling for a successful transition after the Abitur. This is done with the help of information events, workshops and individual counselling sessions. Every pupil at Schiller-Gymnasium leaves the school with a concrete perspective for the future.

Vocational orientation is organised by a team: Ms Jula advises and coordinates the vocational orientation offers, Ms Rose is responsible for the digital preparation and Mr Auch is available as a careers adviser from the youth employment agency.
