The concept of internal tutoring has been in place at our school for around 15 years. Pupils in years 7-10 are given the opportunity to repeat what they have already learnt in a small group without the pressure of grades and at the same time to deal with the current subject matter.
The coaches are pupils in years 9-12. They supervise the younger pupils in groups of 1 to max. 4 people.

These learning circles take place once a week in the 7th, 8th or 9th lesson (by arrangement with the participants) and the following fees apply:
for 1 hour of 60 minutes:
•    4 Euro for 3 or 4 participants
•    5 Euro for 2 participants
•    9 Euro for private lessons

However, your daughter/son must commit to attending for at least one month with payment in advance to ensure sustainability. If there are any difficulties with funding, please contact your child's class teacher, as there is the possibility of support from the Markstein Foundation.

In the 2024/2025 school year, the dates for registration are Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays during the 2nd break in the staff room.
The supervising teachers are Mrs Rausch (rausch@schiller-gymnasium.eu) and Mrs Hoffmann (hoffmann@schiller-gymnasium.eu).
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an allocation, as this depends on the number of coaches available and the subjects required.
In addition, the educational institution Lehrreich (https://lehrreich-wilmersdorf.de) offers a tutoring programme that is free of charge for children who are BUT recipients.
